- Leading the team (together with insurance & legal representatives) being responsible for design of new products (auto, property and so on) following all stages of product development;
- Constant monitoring and follow up of company’s products life cycles already launched on the market;
- Monitoring of competitors activity, product portfolio analysis and performance analysis by each product if necessary (criteria tbd);
- Search and proof the opportunities for new products development in accordance with the marketing strategy.
Experience:
Min 3-4 years in product development standing alone or as a part of the brand team (ideally in financial services or telecoms), multinational companies experience is a plus
Personal characteristics:
Pro-active, positive thinking, will to learn, team player, responsible but ready to take challenges
